Technical Solutions Specialist - EU Headquarters This position is located in the European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. Google has an immediate need for driven, technically-savvy team players in our rapidly-developing Technical Operations Group. Technical Solutions Specialists are responsible for supporting dynamic Google products by (1) troubleshooting bugs on the fly, (2) coordinating escalated issues with key engineering personnel, (3) interfacing directly with customers, partners and support teams to resolve complex issues and (4) developing product documentation. Ideal candidates will have a proven record of analytical problem-solving and the ability to proactively identify and
