In order to strengthen the team they are looking for a highly motivated
Senior Sales Manager Poland
(m/f/d) in the Area of Frankfurt am Main


  • Be part of the Polish sales team and acquire new clients in the Polish market
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients with full responsibility for retaining and growing these accounts
  • Follow existing sales pipeline and expand this pipeline with new appropriate prospects
  • Responsibility for the whole sales cycle, from prospection to bid proposal management to conclusion of contracts
  • Frequent travel to Poland from an office-based location
  • Acquire and maintain new clients for the Polish market
  • Management of existing and newly acquired clients/ accounts
  • Contract renewals - retain clients
  • Day-to-day contact over the phone
  • Cross & Upselling
  • Phone and face-to-face selling
  • Regular face-to-face meetings
  • Observation of market trends and present them to the team in form of business ideas


  • Experience in a sales/business development role, preferably in the area of online marketing
  • Existing network of contacts and prospects in Poland
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both oral and written (not necessarily German)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Can do, will do attitude and a drive to achieve
  • Willingness to travel frequently
