Full End-to-End operational and strategic talent acquisition responsibility for the DACH region.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Influence the business and regional HR strategy and its impact on talent and resource requirements. Partner with senior business and HR Stakeholders to own, manage and drive strategic scenario planning activity within the region
Support HRBPs in strategic and operational topics in the full HR lifecycle
Pro-active approach to process design, establishing best practice and consistent methodologies
Talent Attraction Management: Define attraction strategy, design and execution-role profiling, market mapping and defining resourcing channels. Define the Resourcing mix strategy and develop a fully integrated resource model
Operational recruiting: direct sourcing, (pre-)screening of incoming applicants, conducting telephone-and FTF-interviews, set up and leading assessment centers, applicant management, negotiation of contract, initiation of the onboarding process, management of workers council inquiries
Engagement and control of recruitment agencies
Collaborative development and implementation of new employer branding initiatives for the assigned clusters


You have a long term experience in recruiter roles and active sourcing and a proven track record of filling vacancies with the right people in fast growing environments.
You have excellent oral & writing skills in both German and English
You are customer focused & results-oriented and creative in finding innovative recruiting solutions
You have a strong team spirit and a lot of humor
You bring along sales soft skills to be able to motivate candidates to join the company and to build up a strong candidate's network
