Role

  • Lead HR activities in Europe for the Business Unit with multi-sites direct HR management (manufacturing, engineering and sales)
  • Drive continuous improvement on HR services (e.g. compensation & benefits, HRIS) in the country
  • Advise the business in all strategic HR matters, as organizational design, reorganisation, people development, function specific HR development and compensation activities
  • Launch and lead change initiatives in supported function`
  • Recruiting of local senior management in supported function
  • Ensure communication of HR activities in supported function(s) as well as of functional business needs to Global HR
  • Implement international HR processes and guidelines in supported functions
  • Ensure implementation of cross local/regional HR processes in function, advising /supporting local HR teams in their operative tasks
  • Represent HR in cross-functional or cross sites projects

Candidate

  • Fluent ENGLISH, FRENCH and GERMAN
  • University degree
  • 10+ years' experience in a HR business partner role
  • Good knowledge of HR Development and C&B tools and processes
  • International experience
  • Sound understanding of the business
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in Managing Change
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Management experience`
  • Drive for Results
  • Willingness to travel (Approximately 20-30% mostly in Europe)
