RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead multiple teams of Business Development Managers & Senior Managers to achieve/exceed demand generation targets. Deliver comprehensive business forecasts both within BDG and externally to keystakholders Drive revenue growth through the conversion of their team’s pipeline and navigate your Management Team within a complex sales environment. Develop and improve the customer experience within Oracle establishing and aligning with various cross functional Senior Leadership relationships in order to continue improving the services expected from the Business Development Group. Identify, recruit and develop world class Business Development Management professionals, providing an exceptional talent pool for career progression within Oracle. Invest in Business Development Managers and Consultants, enabling them to grow professionally Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (In-country Sales Leadership up to VP and SVP levels, Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Marketing Managers, and Country Managers) to deliver company on goals, vision and strategy.
