Drive revenue growth through the conversion of their team’s pipeline and navigate the team within a complex sales environment. Develop and improve the customer experience within Oracle establishing and aligning with various cross functional Senior Management relationships in order to continue improving the services expected from the Business Development Group. Identify, recruit and develop world class Business Development professionals, providing an exceptional talent pool for career progression within Oracle. Invest in Business Development Consultants and Team Leaders (where applicable), enabling them to grow professionally Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (In-country Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Marketing Managers, and Country Managers) to deliver company on goals, vision and strategy. Set individual targets for team members, conduct regular coaching & performance appraisals and manage all related performance issues. Own the headcount budget process for their region, plan and organise resources to maximise lead qualification.
