The Business Support & Planning Manager is responsible for leading a team of analysts and administrators in supporting the business through execution of the following: Capacity Management Financial Control MIS production and Executive Reporting to drive strategic direction HR liaison Business Strategic Planning Administrative Support Business related Programmes Key Responsibilities: Communications Design and implement a comprehensive business Communications Strategy for Funds. Human Resources Act as liaison between Senior Management Team and HR Business Partners Strategic Planning Lead the annual Strategic Planning process, and co-ordinate action planning resulting from this process Capacity Management Monitoring and reconciliation of headcount movements from pre-approval to hiring, following a structured process to manage capacity Financial Control Manage the operational budgets for Dublin and Luxembourg ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place including accruals, provisions and New Business funding applications Production of Metrics and Executive Reporting Co-ordinate production of submissions for the Dublin SFS Monthly Business Review, the EMEA SFS Monthly Business Review, the Ireland Country Co-ordinating Committee and other MBRs as required Legal & Compliance Co ...
