To grow and maximise the pipeline and revenue across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for the CRM Sales and CRM Marketing business areas across Oracle’s portfolio of CRM products, working directly with Product Development, Product Marketing, Local Sales VPs and Field Marketing to develop go to market strategies and value propositions to achieve and exceed the sales targets. Responsibilities: Key contact for Development providing regional requirements and market trends to influence overall strategy and focus Manage regional reporting and pipeline analysis for the CRM Sales and CRM Marketing solutions across EMEA Manage and support the budget process with Regional Sales VP’s and Business operations, including analysis of performance for quarterly report to EVP EMEA Support/contribute to the overall regional business plans and go to market plans in collaboration with the countries and industries across Oracle EMEA Define the regional go to market strategy and plans for specific solutions (new releases, new products, acquisitions) and contribute to the execution of the plan.
