The successful candidate will be expected to provide strong Leadership and ability to effectively manage day-to-day operations within the Group Key Responsibilities:• Provide a vision for the section, communicate this vision successfully • Enable the section to embrace change • Manage a pristine controls environment and successfully passes all audit, sox reviews, external or internal • KPI management to ensure department operating within required standards • Continually re-engineer the process, up to department level, to yield sustainable cost reductions • Implement department wide initiatives • Coach and develop team leaders/staff • Motivate and enable staff to implement the departments strategy • Retain and develop staff members.
