Our client, an International service provider, is seeking to employ a Director to head up their office in Nicosia. Responsibilities: ~ Ensuring that the corporate services provided by the company to its clients meets their high standards in terms of technical and commercial content, speedy delivery and customer service ~ To provide corporate formation, registered office, company administration, director and banking services to clients ~ Allocate work within the company administration team at an appropriate technical level ~ To ensure that client instructions are properly interpreted and implemented ~ To monitor the technical standard of the services provided by the Company to ensure quality of series, including ensuring that appropriate external advice has been taken in relation to taxation issues ~ To promote the series offered to existing clients and prospects ~ Supporting marketing activity in Russia and other prime markets for Cyprus ~ Converting sales enquiries into new business ~ Keeping in touch with changes in law and practice, analyzing the impact of those changes on the clients, staff, products, series and internal procedures ~ To ensure that staff are fully trained and adhere to the compliance procedures Requirements: ~ ICSA or ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent ~ A mini ...
