Sandefjord Maritime is responsible for DNVs maritime services in Østfold, Vestfold and Telemark. Currently we are extending our services towards mobile offshore units within the field of electro/ automation/ control systems and monitoring systems and are therefore looking for one more electro surveyor. We offer DNV’s traditional services which include classification and statutory certification of ships and offshore units (MOU), certification of components for maritime industry and offshore as well as certification related to the European Union’s directives. Sandefjord Maritime has 15 employees whereof 1 in Fredrikstad. All together the DNV in Sandefjord has a total of 30 employees (in two different sections) in our offices at Stub in Sandefjord. Job description Survey and classification of the electrical installation on MOUs, ship new buildings and ships in operation Survey and Certification of electric equipment including DP and bridge systems.         Personal qualities Good communications skills both in Norwegian and English Flexible and open minded Works independently, efficiently and systematically An interest in extending his/her knowledge to other technical disciplines (marine systems, machinery etc).
