Joining our Business Tax Services teams, you will participate in diversified projects with clients on financial services in the field of: Tax advisory services to companies with inbound operations; Tax due diligence in the context of merges and acquisitions; Tax accrual reviews as part of audit missions; Advisory services in relation to transfer pricing; Advisory services in relation to tax risk management; Tax reporting services and holding entities, including preparation of corporate tax returns and other filings, review of assessments and dealings with tax authorities.      Your Profile:  Experience of at least 5 years in Luxembourg corporate taxation; Solid knowledge about Luxembourg tax legislation and tax reporting procedures; Knowledge of income tax reporting rules under US GAAP and IFRS would be an asset; Bac +4/5 in Economics or Accounting with income tax expertise; You are fluent in English and German, skills in other languages such as French or Luxemburgish would be an asset; You display the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment, to appropriately manage and organize quality task performances as well as to meet deadlines; You have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
