In this role, the Area Manager will lead a team of 20+ engineers and technicians and also will be accountable for outside contractors who support the Ireland site facilities systems. The Area Manager is accountable for the operational performance of the their area ensuring all safety , quality , capacity and cost metrics are delivered and key priorities understood. The AM will manage key operational metrics - Resourcing models , FSSC comparison , PM PAS, CM closure, QEF PAS, OOC, OOS , and lead and support incident investigations. AM also will manage relevant operational budgets to POR and also coordinate technical input to capital ops program. The AM will be primary point of contact with projects group for their specific area. The AM will develop leaders and drive team performance while strengthening CS ideal state values, norms and behaviors for both the Ireland site and CS organization.
