Support the marketing finance team on deal analytics. Automate & simplify processes. Work closely with the ELTO & Statutory teams. Essential Responsibilities Review and approve all new order and secondary volume deal fundings for finance Finance owner of intercompany transfer process, including preparation of intercompany funding memo, liaison with technical/tax to calculate the appropriate maintenance-adjusted transfer price, manage intercompany transfer approval process and initiate funds movement through TPRS system. Support ELTO team during annual audits. Support business Like Kind Exchange transactions through provision of structure/funding memos , purchase price reconciliation, co-ordination with ELTO & Treasury teams on recording the transaction. Compilation and presentation of quarterly deal metrics Responsibility for the allocation of legal entities to aircraft at deal approval, ensuring compliance with asset & jurisdictional concentration guidelines, quarterly reconciliation of asset/jurisdictional concentrations.
