ELTO (Equipment Leased To Others) is responsible for all Operating Leases for Aircraft and Engines and this role will be the lead in maintaining the Fixed Asset register for these assets and ensuring accurate reporting. Essential Responsibilities Ensure proper accounting and controls in area of focus (i.e. external reporting, cash settlement, client management, closing & reporting). Identify controllership simplification and process improvement opportunities. Prepare account reconciliations and execute on quarterly close tasks. Coordinate with controllership and finance teams. Review and conduct analysis of financial statements. Own & oversee the operation of the Fixed Asset Register processes and reporting Ensure all assets are correctly loaded and recorded on the register Manage the processing of Depreciation, Disposals, Inter-company Transfers, Substitutions, Splits, Swaps and Like Kind Exchange in line with Company Policy, US GAAP, and local Statutory rules Perform monthly reconciliation of Fixed Assets and GL on the US & Irish set of book ...
