Responsibilities ·    Responsible for the management and direction of project teams as part of large or complex insurance transformation implementation projects.   ·  Manage relationships with client leadership and staff and has frequent and direct contact with other senior level individuals to provide Operational functional knowledge and project direction.   ·   Advise clients on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organisation's capabilities.   ·   Use business process, organisational and technology capabilities and knowledge across several of the following focus areas: Business Strategy (Vision, Mission, Guiding Principles) Insurance Operations and Processes Insurance Organisational Models Insurance Technology Solvency II Claims Transformation Risk Analysis and Risk Management Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting Operations/Technology Performance Management and Measurement (Key Performance Indicator's, business driver-based metrics) Statutory Reporting Systems Features/Functionality ·    Participate in engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship building and management   ·  Function as a highly skilled contributor in the insurance advisory practice in order to ...
