Team/Department Mission The Worldwide Financial Services Team is responsible for developing Microsoft's Financial Services Industry Strategy and implementing the go-to-market plans for its execution. This includes understanding industry trends and how they translate to MS opportunity, partner selection, strategic investment, field readiness and engagement, feedback to Business Groups, evangelism to partners, customers, and within the industry at large, standards body engagement, marketing programs to support the strategy, and executive sales support.Key Accountabilities / Success Criteria One of the most important elements of this strategy is developing joint business with our partners in order to scale and amplify our growth. You are responsible for creating and managing partnerships with Microsoft's top tier Alliance ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), shaping the partner strategy, and leading our channel strategy for this sector.
