The GBS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business process supports the GBS go-to-market business process.The global CRM team is responsible for the management of the CRM program to ensure consistency and relevance in the continual update of the business process and the execution by all GBS units including affiliates.The coordination of operational issues of the CRM process and improvements in the GMU/IOT. Ensuring minimum but sufficient controls are installed in all the GMTs and IMT’s; and the achievement of sustained level of audit readiness.Ensuring that each and every GMT/IMT has the proper operational OM/SDD End-to-End business process documentation and communication. Coordination and maintaining an active SDD Country Process Owner (CPO) and SME network within the GMU/IOT. As business rules changes at the Global, SIH and GMU/IOT levels, ensuring that they are properly implemented by incorporating the corresponding changes in the compliance process. Sharing lessons learned and best practices across the GMU/IOT.Collaborating with line management, Business Controls and the supporting process owners and supporting the GMT/IMT’s in training, peer reviews and Corporate audits of the CRM process; as well as in the deployment and support of CRM initiatives.Leading the GBS W ...
