entité Sales & Marketing Europe votre rôle   The Head of Consulting (CS) and Project Management (PM) purpose is to manage +-10 employees and groups of related projects and designs on a program level to ensure customers are supported with high level of quality and consistency in deliverables. The key competences rely on excellent Program Management skills - i.e. coordinated management of change through the delivery of new organisational capabilities (typically via projects) which transform the organisation in a way that is aligned with the strategic vision. The vision is achieved by embedding this change and realising specific, quantifiable benefits that are defined, planned and agreed during the course of both internal and external programs. The H.o. CS & PM may also personally lead client- or partner-facing programs or deigns/architectural projects which transform the capabilities of customer change programs. Work includes traveling as necessary (mainly in the Nordics, Europe) for customer meetings, trainings and other work related meetings (estimated at ~25+%). H.o.
