Reporting to the Director of Maintenance. This position is responsible for leadership of the Work Order Planning & Scheduling group, management of the ARI work order process, and administration of ARI content within the Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System. Specific duties include: •With minimal direction, provide leadership, coaching and technical expertise to a team of staff. •Manage the ARI maintenance process in a manner that supports safe, compliant, efficient and effective execution of work orders with minimal disruption to site operations. •Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions, and manage implementation. •Effectively communicate with key customers and support groups regarding maintenance activities. •Provide leadership to ensure maintenance planning and scheduling is aligned with overall maintenance strategy and site goals. •Provide leadership to ensure a compliant, effective, efficient and cost appropriate maintenance program. •Ensure work order activities are accomplished in accordance with cGMP requirements and expectations. •Represent site on global teams (Maximo User Group and Global Planning and Scheduling Team). •Ensure maintenance instructions are accurate, effective and compliant. •Ensure Computerized Mainten ...
