Microsoft’s success relies on a strong and committed partner community. The Pam Manager is a key member of the Microsoft Partner Sales Team (PST), managing a team of individual contributors (IC) who manage key Microsoft partners. The PAM Manager is more common in larger or mature Microsoft subsidiaries. The Microsoft PST manages Microsoft Enterprise partners, strategically selected for their impact to Microsoft’s Corporate and Major account customer segments. The partner team is ultimately responsible to manage, align and optimize the success of the managed partner’s business, in all segments, soutions, transactions and verticals the partner serves, where Microsoft is aligned.The PAM Manager manages, coaches and coordinates multiple partner roles, which can include some or all; Solution, Large Account Reseller (LAR), Inside, Value Added Reseller (VAR), and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) PAMs, as well as Competitive Partner Recruiters (CPR) and Partner Technology Advisors (PTA).
