This includes analysis of customers business strategy and goals. The business analyst will be part of a team of project managers and architects. The teams objectives are to suggest improvements to customers strategy, processes and IT solutions, and in dialog with the customer agree to further activities with the intention of agreeing an implementing scope. Further the team will participate in the implementation of the agreed scope. The business analysts role is primarily to contribute with technical and business process skills in the team. Although some of the work will be IBM internal the majority of the work will be executed as external customer billable services in an implementation environment.
