Role Description   Under general direction of a Project Development Lead the technologist is responsible for the preparation of prototype formulations and all associated documentation for new product developments. The technologist takes a leadership role in the management of several development projects and is expected to lead one or more multidisciplinary teams to ensure that key project objectives are delivered, i.e. from concept, through to commercialization of the finished product.  The successful technologist is required to have a thorough understanding of the nutritional and functional properties of a wide range of infant and adult nutritional products and to keep abreast of published literature in the field of infant and toddler nutrition. The position demands exceptionally high degree of attention to detail, ability to scrutinise and interpret technical data, proficiency at report writing to the standard of scientific publications, together with excellent presentation and communication skills.
