Pour son service Product Management, ING Luxembourg recherche un nouveau collaborateur pour renforcer le pôle des produits "Crédits".   Le Product Management assure la gestion de la gamme des produits  et de leurs tarifs pour les métiers Retail, Private et Commercial Banking. L’objectif de Product Management est d’optimiser la rentabilité , grâce à une offre « clients »  adaptée et au support apporté aux commerciaux dans la réalisation de leurs objectifs.   En tant que Product Manager et en étroite collaboration avec les métiers et les autres départements « support » de la banque et du Groupe, vous :     gérez et optimalisez la gamme des produits « crédits » distribués par les différents métiers. Concrètement, le développement de produits ou leur modification, consiste à réaliser une analyse interne et externe, un business case, la coordination de l'implémentation avec diverses fonctions de support internes (Risk, Legal, Marketing..) et la mise en place d'un suivi. mettez en œuvre une stratégie produits/services sur base de propositions découlant des métiers, du marketing ou de la stratégie globale de la banque. assurez le pricing (soit la fixation des tarifs) des produits « crédits » à la lumière de facteurs internes (reve ...
