Klarna is on track to become a new force in payments worldwide and we're looking for talented Project Managers to join us in this journey. We are currently operating in six markets in Europe and constantly expanding to new countries. As a Project Manager you will work both independently as well as in teams with people across Klarna’s entire organization. The job requires the ability to rapidly understand the structure of the different operational units, their processes and see their proportion in the scope of the whole organization. The task is to analyze processes and find solutions for optimization and suggest solutions for converting these into actions. Hence, you will be hands on from identifying and scoping requirements to implementing leaner processes and systems that help us get more efficient. You must have experience of analyzing large data sets to identify business opportunities and explain opportunities to fellow team mates and stakeholders.
