We are now looking for a new Regional Distribution Planning Manager that will help us to strive to maximize service level towards Oriflame Sales Consultant’s.  The role is responsible for leading the regional Supply Review meetings, analyze historical campaigns, proactively work to solve future projected constraints, with a cost benefit approach to propose and implement solutions. You will also lead regional & global supply chain projects related to planning, for example seeking to minimize lead times & optimize loads and transports.You will be the role model and with a high level of customer service you will lead & develop the Regional Distribution Planning Team to ensure highest level of employees’ satisfaction and motivation. You report to Global Distribution Planning Director.
