GRG also has a major role to play in reducing the Group’s non-core property exposures and re-building the strength of the UBG Balance sheet.In this role you will contribute to GRG’s overall success and be recognised as the leading edge of a wider rescue culture and a major contributor to the Group’s bottom line and pro-actively undertake positive and active management of the Bank’s problem lending portfolioTo succeed, you will need to demonstrate:   Management of a portfolio of stressed business customer relationships.   Contribution to the achievement of divisional financial targets and effectively manage operational and risk-mitigation requirements of that portfolio.
