Aker Solutions' Engineering and Completion Management Team is based in Norway. The team is responsible for global processes within System Engineering, Document Management, Materials and Finite Element Analysis, and Mechanical Completion (MC).We are looking for experienced individuals to strengthen our team, supporting our ambitions for growth within the subsea market. We are currently seeking people with ROV operational experience from subsea construction for ROV access verification in our PC based ROV simulator. We have an open position as: ROV Engineer Responsibilities and tasks • Responsible for carrying out ROV access verification in the simulator • Responsible for final delivery of ROV Access report/study• To communicate ROV possibilities and limitation in operation to our designers• To attend design review meetings internal and external• Take part in developing the ROV group Qualifications & personal attributes • Minimum 3 years ROV operational experience from sub sea construction• A burning desire to be a part of creating ROV friendly sub sea installations• The ability to work well in teams as well as on your own• Proficient with Word, Excel and Powerpoint• SolidWorks experience preferred (training can be given)• Positive attitude and a communicative ...
