. Understand customer requirements and translate into technical deliverables across a wide array of products and technologies. . Analyze and understand the current Cash Management product offerings within the bank in general and in CitiDirect in particular. . Create business model and logical data models for cash management products . Reverse engineer the business model for the Cash management products on existing applications. . Interface with and collaborate with the technology and architect team to help identify and define services interfaces for SOA. . Partner with the business and technical teams and create and maintain the Functional design for the various modules in the platform. . Identify, create and maintain Functional Requirements, User Interface requirements and Service interface requirements per the processes established in the organization. . Document and maintain Use Cases, Functional design, System specifications. . Follow the SDLC process established in the organization and create and maintain all relevant requirements artifacts. . Support development, QC and UAT teams of the various projects. . Act as subject matter expert on the various domains.
