Working with the to the Head of Business Management Compliance, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Business Management Compliance to deliver the business risk and control, policy and procedure activity within Corporate Markets business across the island of Ireland. You will have ownership of day to day management of divisional assurance through an informed and robust control environment. Responsibility for Managing the establishing, monitoring, reporting and communicating on adherence to the Operational Risk Management Framework & maintaining the ‘licence to operate’ in Corporate Markets Experience:     Previous Line Management Experience   Sound knowledge of the principles and assessment of risk, and understanding of areas of potential exposure for the bank.   Ideally but not essentially possess a risk management or compliance accreditation e.g. ACOI   Ability to deliver difficult messages in a clear and supportive way   Demonstrable commercial awareness and good knowledge of the wider risk environment   Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work.   Maintain and develop expertise against measurable objectives cascading knowledge gained to others so as to share best practice   Ability to build effective working re ...
