As our new Service Excellence Project Manager, you will be responsible for develop, deploy & maintain our Service Excellence Programme with focus on Service Management Tools & Service People to create more effective processes in order to perform excellent service to our customers across the world. We are 12 team players in Corporate Service in Bjerringbro and 6 regional Service Managers on a global scale. You will report to the Business Development Manager in Service. Take our Service Excellence Programme to the next level As Service Excellence Project Manager, your main challenge is to ensure the further development of our Service Management Tools & People Competencies to secure a global excellent & uniform Service profile.
