Sr. Manager Manufacturing - SyringeAmgen Dun Laoghaire - DublinOverview:This position will report to the Director of Manufacturing - Syringe. The ideal candidate will provide strong management and leadership in the Manufacturing – Syringe facility. Key Responsibilities:• Manage the Syringe Manufacturing Facility department that has isolator technology. • Lead in the development of long range planning (LRP) to maintain the highest level of productivity.• Lead in the development of Manufacturing’s vision, mission, strategies, goals and objectives to ensure the area achieves the company goals.• Develop, maintain, and justify the departments’ budgets.• Responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing is carried out under GMP conditions and in a safe working environment.• Support the plant in the project approval, prioritization, and implementation process.• Develop metrics to support the benchmarking of site, global, and industry.
