Your Role   As Team Leader- Software Testing at our RCS Division (Rail Control Solutions) you will lead the Vital Software Test team based in Stockholm. In this role it's important that you have experience within software testing and understands how to maintain the software test processes. To succeed in this role you also need to be a good leader that are able to develop and motivate your team members at the same time as you have a technical competence within the SW test area.     Your Challenges   To lead the SW Test Team means that you are   Responsible for staffing the team with the right competence in the right time Responsible for staffing the projects with consultant Responsible for the team members performance, education and development Responsible for planning and re-planning resources and priorities   You will also maintain the SW test processes taking strategic aspects into account, which includes   SW module test process together with the process owner SW test process and subsystem test process in cooperation with the process owners Contribute to the departments development process Involved and actively contributing in strategic decisions concerning future planning of the product Coordinate with all development sites regarding test issues Qualifications   Your ...
