Develop, maintain and manage GECAS Technical Record system and processes. Manage relationships with aircraft and engine technical records resource vendors, ensuring vendor familiarity and compliance with GECAS records procedures, systems and lease contract standards to support projects. Essential Responsibilities Provide technical records management and coordination for GECAS aircraft and engine asset portfolio. Specific responsibilities include: Develop and lead ongoing supplier training on GECAS Technical records systems and procedure. Manage the provision of records contractor resources to global projects ensuring adequate coverage to meet aircraft / engine redelivery and delivery schedules. Manage the retention and availability of technical record data for portfolio aircraft and engines, ensuring availability to support ongoing lease and trading activity. Develop, maintain and manage GECAS Technical Record systems and processes and ensure compliance with GE document retention policies. Coordinate preparation and consolidation of technical records to support the sale of portfolio aircraft or engines. Maintain the application of GECAS standard technical record presentation format and procedures for presentation to lessees and regulatory authorities. Interface with regulators an ...
