To provide a defined range of efficient and effective administrative services to UKI  Accenture population thus enabling the customers to focus their time according to their business priorities.   Responsible for the day to day operational status of Tier 3 administrative function, to ensure operational procedures are followed and company quality standards are met. The team's main service offerings are Switchboard, Reservations and Facilities Helpdesk functions.
