The incumbent will manage all aspects of the daily processing of a key treasury product, insuring the highest level of quality, customer service, risk mitigation, and cost effectiveness.  The treasury products typically process high value, high risk and often complex transactions on mission critical systems. Daily payments of $1 billion or notional assets of $2 billion or more are typical and revenue can be $1 million or more annually.  The incumbent may direct a team of up to 3 associates and working directly with key line of business staff to provide customer focus in all aspects of product delivery.  The incumbent will insure these typically high risk, high visibility, electronically processed products and services are well controlled and that operational risk is well managed.  Participation in product development, design of enhancements, and system testing is required to insure the product continues to accurately and timely process high value transactions.
