Dublin - Banking - Manager - The Bank of New York Mellon

The prime function of the Trustee is to review the management and operation of primarily Irish domiciled funds/structures to ensure that they are being managed in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and the constitutive documents of the fund. The activities of the Trustee Department are under Central Bank of Ireland's review and supervision on an ongoing basis. BNY Mellon Trust Company (Ireland) Limited has been rated medium to high by the Central Bank of Ireland for the purposes of its PRISM supervisory regime.   The Group Manager is responsible for the management of a number of clients and a team of Trustee professionals with varying levels of experience. The role is relationship driven and involves meeting clients to discuss issues and enquire into the operations of the funds and attending at fund board meetings.   Key Responsibilities Strategic management of AIS and Externally Administered client relationships including ensuring client communication plans are established and managed in order to best service each  client's individual needs Participate in client and board meetings to represent the Trustee Participate in on boarding presentations to potential new clients with the Transition Team as required Strategic management of business partners ie.
