21 Buttons is changing the fashion game - through technology and talent. It has become the leading fashion social network in Europe where more than 6 million users come to get inspired by their favourite influencers and friends’ ready-to-shop content. With over 10 million outfits shared, 21 Buttons allows anyone no matter their audience size to earn revenue from sharing their personal style.

With the company being set up just 3 years ago, we just launched a new project called Looks by 21 Buttons, a new business unit consisting in a subscription model by which users receive, every month, a box with fashion and lifestyle items selected by their favourite influencers. After seeing the great success it has had in Spain, we are expanding the model to the UK and France.

We are looking for someone as passionate as we are about this project to join the team at this exciting stage of our company’s journey of propelling our ambition to grow further in France. 

The Role:

As the France Influencer Marketing Manager, you will identify and build relationships with key influencers and France/Belgium-based collaborators. You will be responsible for influencer outreach, as well as defining strategies to educate our Brand Ambassador Community. You’d be joining a truly international team of young and motivated creators, thinkers and problem-solvers who are wildly driven to achieve the same goal of being the global authority of social fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve monthly marketing goals along with the team. Responsible for main marketing KPI’s

· Developing the 21 Buttons community to continue to grow in the market

· Build and implement new strategies to approach France-based collaborators (Influencers, agencies, etc)

· Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers in France and Belgium

· Define strategies to build and educate the 21 Buttons brand ambassador community

· Work closely with multiple teams: performance marketing, design, social, content and product, to implement strategy and execute tasks

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or PR. Masters focused on marketing or similar preferred.

· At least 2 years influencer marketing experience within the French market. Experience in the Belgium market is a plus.

· Highly passionate about style and fashion, with a keen enthusiasm towards social media influencers and their power within the marketing sphere.

· Deep understanding of popular social networks within the region.

· Possessing skills in strategic thinking and problem-solving, as well as having stellar communication skills.

· A team player but with the ability to work on your own initiatives

· Good attention to detail and organisational skills

· Languages: native French and good English;
