They're looking for the person who’ll stomp on the accelerator pedal; their first Chief Marketing Officer who will put their thinking to the test and push them to radically increase their audience as well as their income through his or her skills in digital marketing and more specifically in conversion funnels.
This opportunity is not for everyone. They are looking for a direct marketing expert. They operate in a frank and honest culture. They demand results. They are data driven and their expectations are high. They accept failure as long as it is a step towards success.
This role is unlikely to suit someone from a large corporate background. If your first instinct is to ask how many direct reports you’ll have, or how big your office is, or where you get your business cards printed – stand down. There are plenty of great roles out there for you but this isn’t one of them. (Although if you are in this environment, you might still be right for them if you feel stifled, micromanaged and unchallenged. And you can impress them). It is also unlikely that this position is suitable for a novice person who still needs a mentor.
They are looking for a confirmed marketer with an entrepreneurial soul. You may have started your own business (or are thinking about it), have lots of ideas and skills, but are frustrated by the lack of capital or infrastructure to run them.
You have a serious culture in direct marketing and a passion for conversion funnels. On your nightstand: the latest works by Brian Kurtz, Russell Brunson, or Gary Vee…
You flourish in complete autonomy and you are said to be a natural leader, the one who incites the energy and enthusiasm of your colleagues and for your projects. You are constantly on the lookout for marketing news and are not afraid to think outside the box.

You will join an established marketing team with expertise in analysis and direct marketing campaign operations.
