Responsibilites

Strategic planning and vision to align AI opportunities with business goals and create adoption roadmaps
Design and scope AI solutions with cross-functional teams and define ROI and success metrics
Bridge technical teams and executives, securing buy-in and communicating AI benefits and risks
Stay current on AI trends and evaluate technologies for relevant applications
Ensure governance, privacy, and ethical practices; monitor model performance and mitigate bias
Lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff on AI capabilities and adoption strategies

Key requirements

5+ years in AI, technology, or consulting with a Master's degree in technology, economics, or related field
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies
Business acumen with ability to identify AI-driven opportunities
Project management and strategic planning skills with ability to explain AI to non-technical stakeholders
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
