Responsibilites

Create and sustain a culture of safety and wellbeing within your area
Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity
Oversee process-improvement projects to streamline workflows and enhance service quality
Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operations
Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
Model leadership and mentor new managers across the team

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree
Experience in people management
Experience in stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience in English-language written and verbal communication
