In this role you support the Store Manager to drive store performance and uphold the Levi’s brand standards. You will help set and monitor sales targets, coach your team, and ensure smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner across the store to deliver a great customer experience while protecting costs and visual standards. Responsibilites

Support Store Manager in delivering KPIs and identifying profit opportunities
Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team
Monitor KPIs and team performance via reports and action plans
Control costs and store operations (stock management, payroll, admin, rosters)
Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge
Cover Store Manager in their absence
Maintain strong visual standards across the store

Key requirements

Strong customer service skills
Experience in leading and developing a team
Experience achieving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience managing store operations, stock and admin duties
Ability to motivate others to exceed KPIs
