Experteer Overview
In this role you will support high-net-worth private clients with complex personal and family-office needs from a Swiss Zug-area office. You will coordinate calendars, travel, and private arrangements, while ensuring discretion across time zones and sensitive information. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to deliver seamless personal and fiduciary support, contributing to the firm’s international clientele and growth. A strong tech mindset and excellent English are essential to enable effective communication and planning.

Responsibilites
- Manage busy personal calendars and private appointments for clients
- Coordinate international travel, visas, accommodation, and VIP transfers
- Handle private payments, bank reconciliations, and insurance policies
- Oversee household staff recruitment and management
- Arrange personal and business travel itineraries and event tickets
- Liaise with contacts, schedule board and private meetings
- Support trustees team for international clients when required
- Handle post, calls, gifts, and personal admin tasks
- Provide out-of-hours support aligned with time zones
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred)
- At least one year in a Trust department (preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English; German important; other languages a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise internationally
- Discretion and confidentiality essential
- High level of modern tech and familiarity with Zoom or similar tools
