In this role you will lead the design and deployment of a learning strategy for field commercial teams, partnering with country stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll translate business needs into scalable training initiatives that align with the product lifecycle, supporting global initiatives and local affiliate capability. Expect to influence learning at a global scale while balancing hands-on execution and strategic thinking. This is an opportunity to shape patient-centric, service-minded learning across regions.
Responsibilites
- Develop and deploy a comprehensive learning strategy for field commercial teams
- Create and deliver training programs (new hires, ongoing/advanced training, product launches)
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to ensure effective development
- Assess learning needs, design scalable solutions, and measure business impact
- Promote patient-centric mindset and service-oriented culture through learning initiatives
- Communicate strategy and implementation plans across Affiliates to gain alignment
- Provide administrative oversight including budgets, timelines, and SOPs
- Identify best practices and support affiliates in delivering effective learning experiences
- Foster knowledge exchange and continuous improvement through internal communities
- Seek new learning methodologies and continuously improve field learning
- Engage stakeholders to gain buy-in and align capability building across regions
Key requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial
- At least 10 years of experience in Learning within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record delivering high-impact learning programs at launch and through product life cycle
- Experience in stakeholder management and leading large international programs
- Experience in customer-facing activities; field experience is a plus
- Proficiency in planning, negotiating, and allocating resources
- Strong communication skills and personal presence
