- Prospect and qualify leads
- Cold call and outreach to potential clients
- Book meetings and present the product

- Manage end-to-end sales process
- Meet weekly targets and contribute to team goals
Key requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- B2B sales experience (HR-focused preferred)
- Self-starter with proven lead follow-up and multi-level engagement
- Ability to contact anyone and book meetings via phone or email
- Strong drive to exceed targets and maintain high activity
- Positive, can-do attitude
