In this role you drive the BeNeLux market for our voice solutions, shaping market entry and sales strategies to support growth in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will build partnerships, manage partner-driven sales from lead to contract, and align activities with our digital logistics mission. Your work blends market analysis, competitive insight, and stakeholder engagement to expand our footprint. This position offers cross-border exposure and a chance to influence the adoption of innovative voice-enabled logistics solutions.
Responsibilites
- Develop market entry and country-specific sales strategies aligned with growth targets
- Conduct market analyses to identify customer needs and market conditions
- Monitor competitive activities and identify business partners for sales and project delivery
- Manage partner sales activities from lead generation to contract closure
- Maintain relationships with key customers and partners with ongoing support
- Support marketing activities and participate in conferences, trade fairs, and events
Key requirements
- Degree with a focus on (business) informatics, logistics and/or supply chain management or completed commercial/IT apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
- Experience in logistics and affinity for IT systems
- Very good presentation skills
- Competitive, sociable and enthusiastic
- Flexible and willing to travel
- Very good command of English; additional BeNeLux languages are advantageous
