In this role, you drive the growth of voice solutions in Italy within the digital and smart logistics space. You will craft market entry and sales strategies, identify customer needs, and expand the partner ecosystem to achieve growth targets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support market activities and engage at conferences and events. Your impact lies in shaping market approaches, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and accelerating sales in a dynamic logistics tech context.
Responsibilites
- Develop market entry and country-specific sales strategies for Italy
- Prepare market analyses on customer needs and market conditions
- Monitor competitive activities and identify business partners for sales and implementation
- Manage partner sales activities from lead generation to contract closure
- Maintain relationships with key customers and partners and provide ongoing support
- Support marketing activities and participate in conferences, trade fairs, and events
Key requirements
- Degree with a focus on business informatics, logistics or supply chain management (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience as Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
- Experience in logistics with IT systems affinity
- Very good presentation skills
- Competitive, sociable and enthusiastic demeanor
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Very good command of English and Italian
