Responsibilites

Champion growth and risk mitigation across global projects
Drive commercial excellence to boost profitability and project margins
Act as gatekeeper for commercial risk and ensure alignment with policies
Lead claims management improvements and contract governance
Represent global commercial interests in corporate discussions and major bids
Mentor regional teams and develop future leaders
Support on-site issue resolution and cross-regional collaboration
Promote transparency and proactive risk management across the organisation

Key requirements

Seasoned commercial and risk management professional with a track record in engineering consultancy
Experience in commercial management, contracts and claims management
Strategic thinker with ability to analyse project financials and legal terms
Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication across cultures
Self-motivated, adaptable, and innovative; willing to challenge the status quo
High cultural competence and ability to work across time zones
International/global work experience; willingness to travel
