Responsibilites

Drive growth and risk mitigation across global projects
Champion commercial excellence to improve project margins
Act as gatekeeper for commercial risk and ensure alignment with policies
Lead claims management improvements and ensure effective contract terms
Represent global commercial interests in corporate discussions and strategic bids
Mentor regional teams to develop leadership and capabilities

Key requirements

Seasoned commercial and risk management professional
Experience in commercial management, contracts, and major projects
Strong strategic thinker with ability to operate in detail on project financials and legal terms
Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse cultures
High adaptability, self-motivation, and willingness to challenge status quo
