Compliance Control specialist

In this role you will strengthen the bank's control framework by ensuring regulatory compliance and effective control execution. You will assess and test controls across compliance domains, identify gaps, and support corrective actions in collaboration with Compliance, Risk and Business teams. You will contribute to robust risk management practices, focusing on AML and KYC regulatory requirements. This is a cross-functional role in a Geneva-based, hybrid-structured environment with a mission to uphold high standards of compliance.
